Scheduling a session:
You will be asked for your contact details when you book your appointment, it is your responsibility to inform us if you have a change of contact details during your treatment.
Initial Consultation:
The initial consultation is free, if you would like to book in for an appointment you will need to pay the fee in full in advance of the session. Payments can be made by bank transfer or cash.
Cancellation Policy:
When booking an appointment, the client accepts that any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments requires 48 hours notice. It is also agreed that if you fail to attend or cancel/reschedule within less than 48 hours notice you may be charged a £30 cancellation fee.
