Initial Consultation (15 minutes) – Free
It is advisable to have a free initial consultation to discuss what the programme will entail, what changes to expect and to ask any questions that you have about hypnotherapy or hypnosis in general.
Hypnotherapy Session (1 hour) - £75 £50
Smoking Session (1 ½ - 2 hours) - £160 £120
The anti-smoking hypnotherapy is completed in one session and no initial consultation is needed.

How many sessions will I need?
Clients often start noticing beneficial changes after the first session. The average total sessions is 8-12 sessions, however the number of sessions varies as it is dependent on the client. This will be assessed in the initial consultation.
Cancellation Policy
When booking an appointment, the client accepts that any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments requires 48 hours notice. It is also agreed that if you fail to attend or cancel/reschedule within less than 48 hours notice you may be charged a £30 cancellation fee. Thank you for understanding.
